GGS-Spectrum has now demerged into two separate companies, GGS and Spectrum.
Spectrum ASA has been listed on the Oslo Axess effective 1st July, 2008 and will trade as a pure play seismic operator. We will operate as Spectrum throughout our international group of companies and will continue to grow our Multi-Client, Data Processing and Marine Acquisition divisions. Spectrum has its headquarters in the UK and offices in most of the major oil producing regions including China, Egypt, Libya, Pakistan and the USA.

GGS ASA remains listed on the Oslo BØrs and will continue to trade in the global Tender Barge business. It will operate as GGS through its Norway and Singapore offices as it focuses on building and developing its tender-rig business.
